ISHI Scalp Health Institute, a program of ISHI LLC · Effective January 1, 2027 · Version 1.1

This website and the ISHI course platform use cookies. A cookie is a small file your browser stores when you visit a site.

Types of cookies we use

• Necessary cookies (LearnWorlds): keep you logged in, remember your course progress and quiz answers, and keep the site secure. The site does not work without them.
• Preference cookies (LearnWorlds): remember choices such as language or video settings.
• Analytics cookies (Google Analytics): tell us which pages are visited, for how long, and from where visitors arrive, so we can improve the site and the course. Google Analytics does not give us your name.
• Advertising cookies (Meta Pixel, for Instagram and Facebook): tell us whether our ads lead people to the site or to enroll, and let us show ISHI ads to people who have visited the site.
• Payment cookies (Stripe or LearnWorlds checkout): set during checkout to process payment safely and prevent fraud.

Cookies never carry your course records, exam answers, or payment card details to Google or Meta. ISHI does not sell information collected through cookies.
