Refund Policy
ISHI Scalp Health Institute, a program of ISHI LLC · Effective January 1, 2027 · Version 1.0
Please read this before you pay. You confirm that you agree to it when you check the agreement box on the application form or at checkout.
Full refund: within 7 days, before Module 2
You may cancel for a full refund of the $1,100 tuition if both are true:
- You ask within 7 calendar days of your payment date, and
- You have not opened Module 2 or any later module.
To cancel, email info@ishiscalphealth.com with the subject "Refund request" and the name and email you enrolled with. The date ISHI receives your email is the date that counts. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your course access ends when the refund is issued.
No refund after that
After 7 days, or once you open Module 2, tuition is not refundable, in whole or in part. This includes when you:
- do not finish the course or do not take the final exam
- miss the module or exam deadlines
- do not pass the final exam
- find you cannot offer certain services under your state license

Chargebacks
Please contact ISHI before disputing a charge with your bank. If you file a chargeback for tuition that is not refundable under this policy, ISHI will share your signed agreement and course activity records with the payment processor, and your access and any certification may be suspended while the dispute is open.
